HISTORY
1990- Audrey Seay, RN started the team, with the sponsorship of Charlotte County American Red Cross. The initial Unit Commander was a physician and Audrey was the Administrator.
Within 1-2 years Gary Lindbergh accepted the position of Unit Commander.
Audrey Seay appointed Connie Bowles the Administrator in 1995 as she retired from the team.
The team received the basic load in 1994-95.

Full team deployment with six semi trailers. Team was split at two locations and cache was directed to
another site.
